Lansing Hires Legal Counsel for Proposed Moratorium That Would Halt Data Center Development

The Lansing Town Board held an emergency meeting on Oct. 23 to set a Nov. 12 deadline for written public comment on the proposed land use moratorium which, among other effects, would prevent the development of a data center at the former Cayuga Power Plant. The board also voted to contract legal representation for matters related to the moratorium.
